A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to pay to create a profile?
No. Create your account and set up your business profile free. You can speak with our team before deciding to subscribe. Public matching requires approval, completion of the go-live requirements, and an active membership or a trial granted by our team.
Will I automatically start a free trial?
No. Trials are granted manually to selected businesses. Signing up does not start a trial or authorize a subscription charge. Any invitation includes its specific trial details.
How many requests will I receive?
We don’t guarantee a number of requests, jobs, or earnings. We’re growing our local network, and demand varies by service and area. Talk with us about your business before deciding whether membership makes sense for you.
Is a request sent to multiple businesses at once?
A request is offered to one business at a time. If that business declines or doesn’t respond, we may offer it to another eligible local pro, unless the customer chose to contact only that business. Accepting means you’re interested in calling—not that a job is booked.
Can I cancel? Are there refunds?
You can cancel future renewals at any time in your subscription settings. Paid access continues through the current paid period. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable; we may consider exceptions individually, and applicable legal rights remain unaffected. See our Terms of Service.
Do you offer discounts?
We may offer selected businesses invitation-only trials or promotional codes. Eligibility, discount amounts, and duration depend on the specific offer. There is no automatic discount or trial at signup.
