AProToMe is a platform that connects service providers with customers, facilitating service bookings, reviews, and business management including Google My Business integration.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Service Provider Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and service descriptions
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the quality and safety of services provided

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting services
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
• Pay for services as agreed upon
• Provide honest and constructive feedback

6. Google My Business Integration

• Service providers may connect their Google My Business accounts
• We will sync and display GMB reviews on our platform
• Service providers can respond to reviews through our platform
• GMB integration is subject to Google's terms of service
• You can disconnect GMB integration at any time

7. User Content and Licensing

Content You Provide

Our platform allows you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content including but not limited to profile information, photographs, videos, reviews, messages, and business descriptions (collectively, “User Content”).

Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to AProToMe, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and promoting our platform.

Your Responsibilities

By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party
• Your User Content complies with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws

Prohibited Content

You may not upload User Content that:

• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive, discriminatory, or harassing material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Monitor, review, and moderate User Content
• Remove or refuse to display any User Content that violates these terms
• Terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our content policies

No Endorsement

We do not endorse any User Content or opinions expressed by users. User Content does not reflect our views or opinions.

8. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Service providers are responsible for their own pricing
• We may charge platform fees as disclosed
• Refunds are subject to individual service provider policies

9. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassing or discriminating against other users
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

10. Intellectual Property

The AProToMe platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

AProToMe is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to service disputes, data loss, or business interruptions.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
